       A couple weeks ago( July 31, 2013) my horse, Nikki, passed away. Such a sad time for us. Since then I have given my other horse Etsy back to her original owner. She was quite happy, knowing now she wished she hadn't parted with her.  But since then I have been making lots of  jelly. Strawberry fig jam and guava jelly my favorite. So yummy, especially on a biscuit. July 31, 2013
